- On the first day of your assignment try to arrive 15 minutes early, it makes a good first impression and it helps to have that time to familiarise yourself with your surroundings and meet a few staff as they arrive.
- When you are temping in a company you are covered by that company rules and regulations, please remember this. As an Osborne temporary staff member, you are insured by Osborne Recruitment, though you must adhere to the health and safety rules of the company in which you are temping.
- You will be given information as to the dress code of each company you work in; smart means a two-piece suit, casual would mean shirt/blouse with trousers or a skirt. Use your best judgement when presenting yourself for work, remember you are an ambassador for Osborne Recruitment!
- If you need time off during an assignment please speak with your agency contact first and then to your direct supervisor if applicable. This should be done well in advance of time needed.
- Please ensure you have faxed your timesheet through before you leave your assignment or every Friday if you are in an on-going assignment, it is your responsibility to make sure your timesheet is signed by an appropriate manager and faxed to Osborne in time for payroll on a Friday at 5pm.
- While in an assignment your behaviour reflects back to Osborne Recruitment, please remember this and act in a professional and amicable manner!
