Shona McManus, a highly accomplished and innovative business leader, has successfully managed in both large multinational and indigenous Irish recruitment firms. Since taking the helm at Osborne, innovation and entrepreneurship has been at the forefront of everything we do. Shona’s passion for recruitment, commitment to delivering for candidate, client and employee and her MBA sharpened commercial acumen now sees Osborne expanding its offering, opening new offices and extending its reach around the world.

Joanne Murray
Director / Business & Recruitment Manager - City Centre Office

Joanne, who manages our ‘Office and Secretarial Recruitment’ division, is one of Ireland most accomplished recruiters. Joanne, an Osborne veteran of 13 years, has led her team to win ‘Best in Practice – Office and Secretarial’ at the NRF awards in 2011, 2014 and 2015. Joanne has also won the highest personal accolade in our industry by taking home the ‘Best Recruitment Consultant – Temporary’ at the 2014 ceremony.

Aine is the Recruitment & Business Manager for Osborne’s Executive & Legal Appointments division. Aine brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this team with a distinguished career in C level and people leadership recruitment. Aine and her team deliver high quality bespoke recruitment solutions across executive, management and senior leadership roles.

Emily Wykes
Finance & Compliance Manager

Emily specialises in working with clients to shape and deliver truly innovative and dynamic outsourced solutions. In addition to being a qualified Accounting Technician, Emily is also CIMA qualified to Diploma level and is currently studying her CPA through Griffith College.

Claire Meehan
Business & Finance Support Manager

Claire manages our business support function across all three offices. Claire understands the challenges faced by both clients and candidates and she and her team support the recruiters in all elements of compliance.  Claire oversees online advertising of clients’ jobs by Osborne and is expert at crafting specific recruitment plans for roles which are particularly challenging to fill.

Commercial & Training Manager

Ayesha is the Commercial Development Manager for Osborne’s Dublin 15 branch where she has put her 17 years of recruitment experience into practice. With a background in Accounting and Finance recruitment, Ayesha has cultivated significant insights into the qualities and attributes required by employers across Ireland. Ayesha also looks after Osborne’s Internal Recruitment & Training.

Cloe Stapleton
Business & Recruitment Manager - Blanchardstown Office

Cloe is manager of our Blanchardstown branch which serves the Dublin West area. Cloe has extensive recruitment management experience and began her recruitment career specialising in Temporary & Contract Staffing having worked for both multinational and indigenous staffing firms.  A native of Dublin 15, Cloe understands the unique challenges facing both employers and candidates along the M50 corridor.  In addition to managing this well-established Dublin 15 office, Cloe also leads the branch’s Accountancy & Finance recruitment division.

Emma Hickey, manager of our Sandyford office, has 12 years recruitment experience both in Ireland and Australia. Jim Wylie, Commercial Development Manager has over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry. Jim began his recruitment career ago working with Adecco one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies having worked with Bradford & Bingley Building Society as a Branch Manager.

Jim developed his recruitment career in both the UK and Ireland. Originally from Scotland, Jim has lived and worked in Ireland since 2000
