Administration Assistant

 

Type of Role: Permanent

Location: Dublin City Centre

Minimum years of experience: 2-3 years’ experience

We are currently recruiting for a friendly and outgoing person to join a busy city centre office in the legal services industry.

Salary:

  • DOE
  • 9.00am – 5.15pm (Monday – Friday)
  • Immediate Start

Duties:

  • Dealing with e-mails
  • Typing
  • Scanning
  • Invoicing
  • Answering phone calls
  • Central Office work (searches and collection of data)

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be an efficient and organise worker and have at least 2-3 experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and to effectively communicate with the colleagues, clients and professionals encountered in the day to day workplace.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent typing skills
  • Professional and mature approach
  • Ability to work within a team
  • A strong sense of personal responsibility
