Administrator – South Dublin
Here in Osborne we are seeking a number of Full times, Administrator to come and work with one our many companies we work with in South Dublin.
A successful candidate would have a minimum of 1 to 2 year’s experience as receptionist or a similar type of position.
- Temporary and Permanent Position Available
- Reception / Customer Service Management of office equipment
- Handling external or internal communication or management systems
- Managing clerical or other administrative staff organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
- Any ad hoc duties that maybe requested from time to time.
You will need:
- Excellent microsoft skills and ICT skills
- Confident in the role and be a self – starter
- Outstanding phone manners and etiquette
- Excellent attention to details
