Here in Osborne we are seeking a number of Full times, Administrator to come and work with one our many companies we work with in South Dublin.
A successful candidate would have a minimum of 1 to 2 year’s experience as receptionist or a similar type of position.


  • Temporary and Permanent Position Available


  • Reception / Customer Service Management of office equipment
  • Handling external or internal communication or management systems
  • Managing clerical or other administrative staff organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
  • Any ad hoc duties that maybe requested from time to time.

You will need:

  • Excellent microsoft skills and ICT skills
  • Confident in the role and be a self – starter
  • Outstanding phone manners and etiquette
  • Excellent attention to details
