A service provider within the healthcare sector is seeking an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis based in their HR/Recruitment Team based in Nutgrove, Dublin.

The priorities for this role advertising vacancies, phone screening candidates, managing recruitment files and reference checking.
- Manage end to end recruitment: Maintain CV database, review application/resume; Interview job applicants; evaluate applicant skills, relevant background checks and make decision regarding applicant’s qualifications and suitability
- Onboard and process new employees
- Achieve and maintain all department KPI’s set
- Assist with design and conduct of new employee orientations and support of the training department
- Organise and maintain records of trainees
- A min of 3 years’ administration experience
- Ideally 1 years’ experience involving HR or Recruitment
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent customer service
