Description:

A service provider within the healthcare sector is seeking an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis based in their HR/Recruitment Team based in Nutgrove, Dublin.

This is a lovely opportunity to join an organisation provides excellent care services within the healthcare sector.

The priorities for this role advertising vacancies, phone screening candidates, managing recruitment files and reference checking.

Duties:

  • Manage end to end recruitment: Maintain CV database, review application/resume; Interview job applicants; evaluate applicant skills, relevant background checks and make decision regarding applicant’s qualifications and suitability
  • Onboard and process new employees
  • Achieve and maintain all department KPI’s set
  • Assist with design and conduct of new employee orientations and support of the training department
  • Organise and maintain records of trainees

Requirements:

  • A min of 3 years’ administration experience
  • Ideally 1 years’ experience involving HR or Recruitment
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent customer service
