Here is Osborne we are currently working with a client based in Sandyford that are seeking a HR Partner to join there expanding team in the new year. This is a fantastic oppunitie for a person coming from a HR background seeking a vibrant and positive environment.

The candidate success in this role will be involved in the future development of the organisation and  plans responsible for the following

  • HR Support and Execution to a regional team
  • Industrial and Employee Relations
  • Legislative and Regulatory Compliance
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Strategic Projects


  • 25 days’ annual leave

  • Third level HR qualification
  • Min of 2 years’ experience as a HR Generalist/HR Partner
  • Excellent working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Resilient, positive and solutions orientated
  • A clean drivers license and own transport – site visits
