Description:

Osborne recruitment, in partnership with our client, are currently seeking an office administrator to support their internal sales team. This position is available due to a promotion within the team. This role is a permanent full-time position based in Carrigaline.  

Salary: 26k

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9-5.30pm 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the internal sales team with general administrative duties.
  • Support other teams within the organization when required.
  • Order entry.
  • Ability to provide solutions to work efficiently.
  • Providing an excellent customer service experience
  • Ad hoc duties.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year office administration experience.
  • Proficient in MS office and excel.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and motivation to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and grow as the business does.
  • Open and flexible individual.
