Description:

At Osborne we are working with a renewables energy organisation who are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. 

 

The main responsibility will be to look after the office administration and support the team in the office and ensure that the office is run efficiently and ad in the growth of the company.  This is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity for someone to make it their own.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting, expenses and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years’ administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite or Experience
