Description:

My client, an international IT company, is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team in Dublin 17. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with a view to permanency. The successful candidate will manage the payroll function for EMEA and will have the opportunity to grow and develop their skills. The company has an amazing culture that focuses on building relationships and empowerment.

 

For you:

Salary: €53,000 – €58,000 + Pension

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the payroll function for EMEA
  • Ensure HR data provided to vendors in an efficient manner
  • Ensure timely payments of salaries, income tax and other deductions
  • Upload payroll transactions to General Ledger
  • Assist with payroll reconciliations
  • Respond to employee queries
  • Process improvements
  • Reports & metrics

Key requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in a payroll function
  • Degree in Business, Finance or similar discipline
  • Knowledge of payroll procedures in other EU countries is desirable
  • Team orientated
  • Flexible
  • Fluent in English is essential
  • Fluency in another European language is an advantage
