Description:

Receptionist – Maternity Leave Contract

Duties

-Front of house reception and switchboard
-Handling incoming and outgoing post and couriers, boardroom and call diary management.
-Downloading documents, filing and indexing to software.
-Filing, scanning, indexing of documents and files
-Ordering stationery supplies, ordering general provisions, scheduling cleaners
-Assist with IT
-Liaising with external partners

 

Requirements
-Good knowledge of MS Office with strong accurate typing skills.
-Good organisational skills
-Professional manner
-Good telephone skills
-Enthusiastic individual, willing to learn and implement change.
-Willingness to get involved in all aspects of the company while maintaining the daily administrative duties.
-Work well under pressure with strong attention to detail and be good at multi-tasking
