Our client who is based in Drogheda Co, Louth is currently seeking a receptionist to join their team to cover a maternity contract.
You will be responsible for the overall smooth running of the operation.
· Free Parking
- Meeting & greeting clients/customers in a warm, friendly manner.
- Booking meetings.
- Receiving and distributing mail.
- Screening, answering and forwarding telephone calls.
- Ensuring the reception area is kept neat and tidy
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent organisational skills.

- The ability to deal with difficult customers, clients and staff members.
