Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Sales Order Processing
  • Liaising with customers and processing their requests for orders
  • Client file maintenance
  • Assisting with Quotations
  • Making sales calls to current clients on the database
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years administration in a busy, professional environment
  • Self-motivated person who is enthusiastic with a “Can Do” attitude
  • Answering of calls and assisting in ensuring all enquiries are actioned in a timely manner
  • Experience dealing with quotations
  • Technical /mechanical engineering qualification at any level
  • Full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Transport may be required due to the location
