Sales Executive – Dublin City Centre  

We have an opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join Osborne's Dublin city centre office. This is a new role created on our innovative Commercial Development team to represent Osborne to new and prospective clients!

You will be working with a team of award-winning recruiters, talking to businesses about our services, creating awareness of what we do how we do it and most relevantly Why we do it!  We need a proactive networker who loves nothing more than to meet and interact with new clients and prospects, learn about their businesses and business needs, identity organisations we can help with our innovative recruitment solutions.

We have a Consultative sales approach; we partner with organisations & deliver excellent Recruitment Solutions.

The role will be supporting the Recruitment Team, seeking out roles for the team to source and delivering on our purpose “Right person, Right Job, No Compromise”.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Market research to identify potential clients for Osborne
  • Prospecting to organisations across multiple industries and sectors, promoting Permanent, Contract & Temporary Recruitment Solutions.
  • Proactively promote and sell Osborne value propositions.
  • Database Management
  • Taking ownership of allocated geographical territory to seek organisations to partner with Osborne
  • Attend relevant networking events, become part of the local business community.
  • Be an Osborne Brand Ambassador promoting our range of services
  • Attend Client meetings – new customers or service meetings
  • Achieving both financial and non- financial targets.
  • Development of Key Accounts, then as a team with the Recruitment Consultant maintain a strong relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • 1 years’ experience in a B2B Consultative sales role
  • Proven experience in achievement of Sales targets through proactive Business development
  • Experience selling to HR departments while not essential advantageous.
  • Perhaps you are passionate about the Recruitment Industry but prefer to focus on Client Development
  • Excellent follow up skills, with a strong sense of urgency and Client focus.
  • Would like to be part a great team in both HQ & the entire Osborne team.
