Today in Osborne in Blanchardstown I am seeking a Telesales Office Administrator for our client in Dublin 11.

- €31,000 – €33,000 (DOE)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Office/Phone support to the field sales team (of eight to ten) taking calls from Customers & qualifying these calls for the sales team.
- General Sales Support Administration which can include but not limited to the following:
- Sales Reporting
- Marketing Reports
- Scheduling Appointments
- Checking and authorising contracts
- Monitoring sales materials
- Meeting customers in our showroom
- 2 years + working in a busy office environment (ideally with Sales Admin exp)
- Must be extremely proficient with Power Point & Excel with the ability to demonstrate knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build professional relationships
- Experience using Salesforce (not essential but would be a bonus)
- Strong Communications with Organisational skills
- Scheduling or Diary Management (bonus)
- Strong attention to detail for data entry/system management purposes
