Tele Sales Office Administrator
Today in Osborne in Blanchardstown I am seeking a Telesales Office Administrator for our client in Dublin 11.
This is a lovely opportunity to work in a fun & friendly environment with a company who values their staff & encourage progression & growth.

 

Salary & Benefits

  • €31,000 – €33,000 (DOE)
  • Onsite Parking

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Office/Phone support to the field sales team (of eight to ten) taking calls from Customers & qualifying these calls for the sales team.
  • General Sales Support Administration which can include but not limited to the following:
  • Sales Reporting
  • Marketing Reports
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Checking and authorising contracts
  • Monitoring sales materials
  • Meeting customers in our showroom

 

Essential Requirements

  • 2 years + working in a busy office environment (ideally with Sales Admin exp)
  • Must be extremely proficient with Power Point & Excel with the ability to demonstrate knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build professional relationships
  • Experience using Salesforce (not essential but would be a bonus)
  • Strong Communications with Organisational skills
  • Scheduling or Diary Management (bonus)
  • Strong attention to detail for data entry/system management purposes
