As employees & individuals it’s important to ‘get on’ the path of lifelong learning – the future belongs to those who prepare for it today’
“We’ve got to get so much better at figuring out what our organisations are all about. Employees want to be part of something that’s amazing and exciting. In your opinion does that represent your organisation and if not what could you do to change it?
Healthy employees are better at their jobs- fact. Did you know that Managers are more important to their employees health than their GP?
The pace of change will never be slower that it is today- my advice – buckle up!
Stay consistent in your vision. Instead of discussing the things you can’t change, focus on the things you can actually affect.
Osborne would like to extend a huge thank you to all the who contributed to making the event hugely successful and to everyone who attended on the day. Take a look at our highlights video below. We can’t wait to see you next year!
